1. DRAGON KILN TOUR

This unconventional tour is designed to highlight a well-hidden part of Singapore’s national heritage. The longest Dragon Kiln is located at Jalan Bahar Clay Studios, and is only one of two left in Singapore.  Children will learn about the history of this traditional wood fired kiln, as well as the usefulness and application of clay. They will also get the opportunity to take a walk inside the belly of the kiln itself.

2. CHANGI AIRPORT TOUR

While a trip out to the airport might seem like a common excursion destination, Da Vinci Group’s learning journey to one of the largest transportation hubs in Southeast Asia infuses a highly sensorial element to the programme. Children will explore various significant sections of the airport aligned to the theme of the tour. Their experience will culminate in a clay session, where they will create their very own clay product as a way to crystallise what they have learnt.

3. HORT PARK TOUR 

Discover the beauty of nature at this gardening resource centre. This tranquil environment offers various learning opportunities – including gardening-related, recreational and educational activities. This programme infuses either a clay or musical (jazz) element to enhance your children’s awareness and understanding of the topic.  As part of the experience, every child will create their own ceramic piece or musical instrument made from simple, recycled materials.

4. INDIAN HERITAGE CENTRE

Explore an important aspect of Singapore’s art and culture in this customised excursion to the Indian Heritage Centre. Discover the development of this vibrant culture and the different communities present. This special 2-day programme includes a one hour tour of the centre and its various interactive galleries, as well as a one-hour in-house session tracing South Asian Communities in Singapore. The experience will culminate in a clay session - the children will create their very own oil lamps using clay.

5. HABITAT BY HONESTBEE TOUR

Food meets smart technology at the enterprising Habitat by Honestbee. This excursion is designed to highlight Singapore as a technology and innovation hub. Your children will embark on an exciting journey into this one-of-a-kind food wonderland, and discover a world of fresh groceries!

6. MALAY HERITAGE CENTRE

Explore an important aspect of Singapore’s art and culture in this customised excursion to the Malay Heritage Centre. Discover the development of this vibrant culture and the different facets of the community. The tour will conclude with a musical or clay sensorial activity to enhance the entire learning journey!

7. ASIAN CIVILISATIONS MUSEUM

Connect closely to Singapore's history with a journey to the Asian Civilisations Museum. From exploring different aspects of Singapore's arts and culture scene, to tracing the country's history as a port city - your children will get the opportunity to discover stories of Asia's rich history. Their experience will culminate in a clay session, where they will create their very own clay product aligned to the theme of the tour.

8. KOK FAH TECHNOLOGY FARM

At Kok Fah Technology Farm, our little ones will be introduced to high-tech farming: a space that brings technology and agriculture together. Children will gain a better understanding of farming practices and greenhouses, as well as explore fish breeding and how fishes play a part in agricultural practices.
